Acceptable Use Policy

Candle Label Maker ("we") provides AI image and video generation. This policy applies to everything you submit (prompts) and everything generated with our service.

1. Prohibited content

You may not use Candle Label Maker to generate any of the following six categories:

1. Pornography / NSFW — nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive content.
2. Violence / gore — graphic injury, blood, torture, or glorification of violence or self-harm.
3. Hate speech — content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality, including hate symbols.
4. Child-unsafe content (CSAM) — any sexual or sexualized content involving minors. Zero tolerance; reported to the authorities.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation — realistic depictions of real people, celebrities, or public figures, face swaps, or content meant to impersonate a person, brand, or organization.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement — copyrighted characters, brand logos, or other protected works you do not have rights to.

Also prohibited: content promoting terrorism or extremism, instructions for weapons, misinformation, spam, and prompts designed to bypass our safety measures.

2. How we moderate

• Before generation: every prompt is checked against our blocklist of prohibited terms and then screened by Waffo Prompt Sift, a content-safety service. Only prompts that pass both are generated.
• After generation, before display: every image is reviewed by an automated safety classifier. Results that fail are discarded and the credit is refunded.
• Logs and human review: we keep moderation logs and review flagged prompts and user reports by hand.

3. Reporting

If you see content made with Candle Label Maker that breaks this policy, email support@candlelabelmaker.com with a description or the image. We acknowledge child-safety reports within 24 hours and other reports within 3 business days. Reporter identity is kept confidential.

4. Enforcement

• Blocked prompts are not generated and no credit is charged.
• Repeated attempts to create prohibited content lead to a warning, then account suspension.
• Child-safety violations and other serious violations lead to an immediate permanent ban, forfeiture of remaining credits, and a report to the relevant authorities.

5. Appeals

If you believe we made a mistake, email support@candlelabelmaker.com within 14 days. We review appeals within 10 business days.
