Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run Candle Label Maker: your Google account name and email when you sign in, the prompts you submit, safety-check results for those prompts, and payment status from our payment provider. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake (waffo.ai), our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles your payment and sales tax. We never see or store your card details.

Prompts are sent to our AI model provider (Google Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite Image) and to our payment provider's content-safety service to create and screen your result. Generated files are delivered to your browser; we do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

We keep moderation logs (prompt, verdict, date) to enforce our Acceptable Use Policy. We use cookies only to keep you signed in. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing support@candlelabelmaker.com.
